You should have a university degree in computer science, or in a scientific discipline with a strong mathematical content. Experience in a research environment, at PhD level in image analysis or computer vision, would be extremely beneficial. You must be fluent in either C or C++, image processing and comfortable working across multiple platforms (Windows and Linux) as well as be able to interpret code written in other languages (primarily Mathematica and Matlab). Knowledge of signal and image processing and numerical algorithms is also necessary for this programming role.
Any previous experience of Image/signal processing C++ will be advantageous.
