Imagewear Coordinator

The primary role of the Imagewear Coordinator is the management and processing of business accounts, including ownership of non-Customer Sales Management account relationships.

Essential Duties
Customer Service – Building Customers for Life
• Offers customers a friendly, welcoming experience
• Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm to help
• Efficient handling of all business to business (Imagewear) processing through effective:
• ordering, order tracking and follow up.
• supports expense management efforts by accurate order taking of embroidery info to prevent rework and additional shipping costs
• communication and relationship building with non-Corporate Sales Manager (CSM) accounts
• account lead generation when possible
• organization of business to business (Imagewear) stock and inventory
• maintain a well organized area so that associates can easily find orders as needed
• business to business (Imagewear) account processing
• follows-up in a timely manner on placed orders
• ensures that order is completed as required to ensure customer satisfaction
• informing and educating of business to business (Imagewear) customers with relevant product and service knowledge and solutions
• maintain on going contact with customer during the whole process to build relationship and follows up after completion of order
• communicates customer feedback about key items included in business to business (ImageWear) orders

Sales and Opportunity Development
• Business to business (Imagewear) management, including setting objectives and lead generation
• Effectively communicate with and support the Corporate Sales Managers

People Systems Management
• Train Customer Service and Merchandise teams on Imagewear products and processes
• Cross-trains associates so that they can engage and serve business to business (Imagewear) customers as required
• Train store team members on current changes and practices as communicated by home office
• Communicates proactively product knowledge training needs to Store Operators and  Assistant Store Operator (ASO) -  Customer Service to better respond to business blend specific needs
• Serve as shift leader when required, responsible for productive performance through real-time task assignments and direct supervision
• Alerts Shift Leader about topics relevant to current business to business (ImageWear) training or issues that impact all store team members
• Self educating and continual learning of policy, procedures, and skills

Loss Prevention
• Supports any loss prevention initiatives

Administrative Oversight
• Effectively using operating systems, including point of sale, inventory management systems, and Lotus Notes

• As Shift Leader, manage store opening procedures, including floats, safe count, petty cash, open registers and doors
• As Shift Leader, manage store closing procedures, including closing registers, count, balance and enter tender,  deposit, alarm, lock up

Ensure Housekeeping Standards
• Maintaining housekeeping, orderliness and cleanliness of sales floor, including janitorial (employee and customer washrooms, employee areas, break room, etc.).
• Maintaining stockroom and non-sales floor housekeeping standards, including janitorial

Skills/Qualifications
Education:
• Some High School required

Skills:
• Account management and business to business interaction skills
• Organizational skills
• Retail business operating and administrative systems, including point of sale, MS Office, inventory management systems, and Lotus Notes
• Communication skills

Experience: 
• Previous experience in sales and/or account management experience, retail sales experience, and customer service

 Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
• Able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted and carry as required
• Ability to lift and turn repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to lift above shoulder and from floor to shoulder and floor to waist
• Ability to twist, turn, reach and work above shoulder level
• Safe ladder use for shelving and retrieving stock, floor displays and signage
