Imaging Specialist with LAW Software!
Perform scanning, auditing, QC functions, data entry, and CD burning. Act a resource for questions; assist in the training of new Specialists.
Essential Functions:
Scan hardcopy files to electronic images, assuring a quality image. Burn project CDs.
Perform some basic quality control auditing functions.
Prepare product for delivery and assure all projected documentation is complete.
Prepare hard copy records for scanning.
Working hours: 20-25 hours a week
Must be Flexible Monday- Saturday
Familiarity with imaging, litigation support, and LAW software knowledge A MUST.
High detail orientation, ability to perform data entry functions, ability to quality control work.
Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates.
Ability to manage work load to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating
