Imaging Systems Manager - (PACS/RIS)
Sand Resources are proud to be working on behalf of a well known organisation based in London. My client in is the market for a Imaging Systems Manager and as such has an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to progress their career and gain valuable experience in this role.

The Imaging Systems Manager will have both theoretical and practical experience relevant to the post. They will work autonomously, being a key member of the ICT Directorate with close links to the Imaging Directorate.

The Imaging Systems Manager's key areas of responsibility will include:

• Management and running of the Imaging Directorate systems, including the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and Radiology Information System (RIS) throughout the Trust.
• Management of the Contract and the Supplier.
• Management of the Imaging systems support on-call rota, including ensuring system management cover for annual leave and sickness.
• End-to-end incident management for Imaging systems related issues.
• Planning and delivery of Imaging systems related training across the organisation.
• Acting as the key link between Imaging, the ICT Directorate and internal and external users.

The Imaging System Manager will need the following experience:-
• Minimum of 5 years post qualification.
• At least 3 years experience as a lead user or system manager of RIS and PACS systems in an NHS Trust.
• Previous experiences of large scale IT systems management.
