IMM Project – Business Analyst recruitment
As part of it’s global IMM programme, our client has a requirement for two strong Business Analysts to support and co-ordinate activities between Finance, Legal and Operations for each of the legal entities for which counterparty exposure model is being deployed.
Reporting to the Head of Global Risk PMO the successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating all activities relating to the global IMM rollout, and work closely with the Credit Risk Analytics (CRA) and IT teams to assist with the global programme.
Key responsibilities will include;
• Be point persons for defining all requirements for non-modelling aspects of IMM model development – such as
- Reference data requirements
- Legal data requirements
- Trade input data requirements
- Market data requirements
- Actual collateral data requirements
• Coverage is for UK and other global legal entities, following the IMM rollout schedule
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing as the IMM models are rolled out
• Work closely with Operations, Finance and Transaction Legal departments to conduct gap analysis of available data vs required data
• Work closely with Operations, Finance and Transaction Legal departments to develop a gap remediation plan, including estimating resource requirements for the other departments
• Work closely with Credit Risk Middle Office to ensure data quality procedures are aligned with new model developments and processes
Successful candidates will have prior experience of working on an IMM project within a Business Analyst capacity, and have gained a strong understanding of Credit Risk.
