College degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least five years experience managing Workers’ Compensation claims.
Prior supervisory experience managing claims professionals required.
Current examiner certification required - (California)
Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
Ability to identify critical issues and exercise independent judgment.
Proficiency using advanced Microsoft programs; Excel and Word are a must.
