Harrington Starr is currently partnered with the world leader in Compliance, Fraud Prevention and Know Your Client technologies. They are currently looking to hire a Technical Consultant to help implement and their product onto client trade systems and train client support staff.
If you are selected for the Technical Consultant role you will be expected to carry out the following duties on a daily basis:
* Taking charge of individual company accounts and implementing product updates on their trade systems
* Explain the benefits of the product to client's, clearly showing what it does and how it can add value
* Undertake the responsibility for the implementation process i.e. project management
* Help train client IT staff on how to use the product
* Document project procedures and steps taken during the implementation process

The Technical Consultant role is highly diverse allowing you to get involved in a pre-sales capacity, therefore laterally developing your skills. In order to successfully apply for the Technical Consultant role you must have the following skills:
* An excellent working knowledge of SQL and Swift technologies
* An excellent knowledge of IBM MQ
* Experience in a similar client facing role
* The ability to work on your own and in the team
* A fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
* Previous experience in a multicultural environment
