Level: 2-10 years of experience
Seeking Immigration Attorney to join Manhattan law firm and counsel foreign workers and their employers regarding their specific nonimmigrant visa classification as well as the specific requirements and restrictions of their individual status as according to the terms of their application or petition for admission to the United States.
The firm also assists businesses in the process of petitioning for permanent resident status on behalf of the foreign nationals that they wish to employ on a permanent basis in the United States.
The position is a commission structure with the firm a draw on salary.
Qualifications:
· Must have between 2-10 years of relevant experience
· Must be an admitted attorney in good standing
· Experience with Immigration law and book of clients business
