Immigration Coordinator recruitment

The Global Business Immigration Services team provides and manages a range of business immigration services to multinational clients who send employees and their families to work and live in another country.

These services typically centre around the legal and compliance issues in coordinating and filing their work and visa applications, subsequent work permit / visa extensions and passport / nationality issues.

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our immigration team based in our Manchester office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the client facing team, including:

- Preparing engagement letters, information gathering for client acceptance procedures

- Opening files and assembling / reviewing standard documentation required for immigration files, and ensuring all correspondence and information is placed in the file as appropriate following file checklist requirements

- Gathering and entering data on the Home Office's Sponsor Management System

- Monitoring cases with the Home Office

- Managing expiry dates and deadlines using our tracking technology

- Scan and file all relevant documents into an electronic format and our proprietary technology tools

- Ensure timely completion of relevant emails / Sponsor Management System entries

- Liaising with the team in Manchester and in London throughout the process

- Invoice preparation.
