Impact Analyst Job in Boston 02108, Massachusetts US
POSITION PURPOSE:
Provide clinical, client, and financial impact reporting and analysis to USGH management, clients and staff.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and provide high level analysis of global financial, client, operational, and quality trends based on multiple sources, but primarily from customized Microsoft CRM system
- Develop and run standard operating reports
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested
- Ensure integrity of CRM data and field definitions
- Assist in future development of CRM system
- Work closely with aligned departments in defining and analyzing data
- Develop and maintain forecasting and staff ratio tools
- Other duties as assigned
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High level of facility with Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Access experience preferred
- Healthcare delivery/public health experience preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Deep familiarity with USGH CRM system or two years experience as analyst
