Implementation Analyst – Client On boarding – Leading IB recruitment

The role of Regional Implementation Analyst is as a coordinator for Securities and Fund Services client on-boarding activities. He/she is responsible for assisting the implementation managers on planning and co-ordinating implementations of new and incremental securities services business; fund manager and mandate restructures, and client exits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Implementation managers throughout the overall implementation process including account opening and project management to deliver client desired services.  Manage tasks to shorten cycle time and accelerate generation of revenues. Handhold clients in fulfilling markets account opening documentations.

• Generate management reporting and conduct analysis on clients’ implementation feedback

• Assist on electronic banking and vendor’s performance tracking, and provide training to external clients on the e-banking platform usage.

• Provide feedback on current processes and be a member to contribute to process improvement initiatives, if appropriate

• Assist with portfolio asset migration between custodian banks.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Solid knowledge of banking products and operations, preferably securities related services.

• Knowledge of electronic banking platform a plus.
