Implementation Analyst-SME Job in Westminster 80020, Colorado US

3C Network (3C.com) is currently seeking multiple Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to be Implementation Specialists for our growing company! 

 

Position Summary:

Ø  The SME  is a technical resource responsible for supporting Development, Relationship Management, and the Executive Team during new account implementation projects including but not limited to support of configuration related tasks, organization of client deliverables, directing and conducting training events, report creation, slide presentations, training materials, and other implementation related documentation.  Exposure to and experience with common business practices used within the residential remodeling and replacement industries desired.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø  Enterprise meeting management and implementation project support.

Ø  Supporting new implementation projects including:

o   Gathering, evaluating and organizing client deliverables to prepare information for future configuration.

o   Coordinating implementation meetings and calls with clients as well as other internal departments.

o   Producing and delivering reports based on client criteria.

o   Developing training materials and implementation documentation.

o   Designing presentations for client business reviews or other topical requirements.

o   System configuration, testing and documentation.

o   Coordinate and produce materials for new user training activities.

o   Create and deliver effective professional training presentations for new and advancing users of the system.

Ø  Interface with Development team to define and convey requests for new system features.

Ø  Interface with Client Services and other relevant departments responsible for client support to achieve client and/or     department objectives.

Ø  Maintain/update departmental templates and tools when new releases occur and/or business practices change.

 

Position Requirements:

Ø  BS or BA degree or equivalent applicable experience.

Ø  Minimum of 2 years of work experience in client, account or project support roles, preferably in the software or other high-tech industry.

Ø  Solid technological aptitude or the ability to learn technology and its application in the construction industry.

Ø  Experience with web-based applications.

Ø  Understanding of basic database concepts a plus.

Ø  Experience/expertise in office productivity tools such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.

Ø  Experience using Visio or other diagramming software to create flow charts a plus.

Ø  Demonstrable aptitude for learning and applying new technologies and applying general and industry specific business knowledge in a fast paced, analytical and team-oriented environment.

Ø  Demonstrable aptitude for identifying, learning and documenting a client’s existing business practices prior to product use as well as modified and/or enhanced business practices that come about as a result of adopting the product into the business.

Ø  Eagerness to perform a range of activities as they pertain to new account implementations.

Ø  Must be articulate with solid communication skills necessary when dealing with corporate clients.

Ø  Focus on excellent customer service.

Ø  Willingness and ability to travel often, and at times, on limited notice

Ø  Ability to manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced results driven environment.

Ø  Possesses a confident, polished and professional demeanor worthy of corporate clientele.

Ø  Understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and an iterative development process

Ø  Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and providing valuable feedback to software teams

Ø  Aptitude in defining clear business requirements for software development

Ø  Ability to communicate with technical teams as well as SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in the roofing industry, including "steep slope roofing"

Ø  Able to manage required functionality of software against the expectations of industry SMEs
