Implementation and Operations Analyst Job in San Mateo, California Us
Required Experience:
- Very strong technical implementation skills. Training as a software developer is not required, but experience with scripting and programming languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in working with databases and data integration
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly achieve deep expertise in the domain
- Inquisitive mind in the realm for troubleshooting and problem solving
- Demonstrated success at data analysis or data modeling
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written)
- Experience in the CPG space with manufacturers or retailers
- Familiarity with statistical analysis in programs such as Matlab, SPSS, SAS or advanced Excel
- Experience with mathematical modeling, or econometric modeling, in particular, is a plus
- IT background is a plus
- Technical Bachelor's degree required; MBA, is a plus.
Candidates must be exceptionally detail-oriented, methodical, and self-motivated. They must also be technically-minded and possess the ability to solve complex problems. Principal place of work will be in the DemandTec offices in San Mateo, CA. Travel could be 10-20%.
