Overview:
Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) comprises three businesses: Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and includes regional coverage in the Bank's key growth areas.

Cash Management has gained in importance and has become increasingly the focus of attention of Corporate and Financial Institutional treasurers over the last few years. The introduction of the single European currency and the increasing globalisation of markets have led to a stronger international orientation of our clients. As a result, the challenge for Deutsche Bank is to provide our multinational customers with cash management solutions tailored to their needs, especially electronic banking products, payment services, liquidity management and value added services.
In order to meet this challenge, optimal combination of products and services with a dedicated team of sales, implementation, customer service and product managers is a prerequisite.

Through robust delivery processes built upon effective relationships with our business partners throughout Deutsche Bank we ensure the successful implementation and maintenance for clients of our specialist Global Cash Management (GCM) products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and full responsibility of all Local product and account opening documentation related to 'Leg' or fast track implementation projects as allocated.
You will be the direct liaison with the customer regarding all documentation issues; the owner of entire process.
You will distribute account opening documentation to customers and advise on its' completion.
You will collate returned/completed account opening documentation and supporting corporate documents - forwarding to relevant back office unit and ensuring account is opened.
You will be responsible for Signature verification of both account and product documentation.
You will sign-off responsibility regarding product documentation.
You will act as single window to back-end administration - including technical sign-off.
You will ensure handling of documentation is in compliance with audit rules.
You will advise Head of Business Documentation Team of any local changes to account opening processes likely to impact implementations process.
You will undertake secondary responsibilities (for example representation in working groups; 'Product Champion' responsibilities) as allocated by the UK Head of Service and Business Documentation.
You will assist Head of Business Documentation Team, as required, in training of any newly-recruited Implementation Managers.

You will have:
Experience in cash management or similar environment (for example treasury) in a large financial institution, preferably in an implementation type role.
An understanding of cash management and associated products, together with ability to demonstrate project management skills.
Knowledge of European clearing systems and payment mechanisms, including an awareness of new developments in marketplace - for example e-commerce.

You will be:
Information technology (IT) literate in Microsoft software (MS) applications including MS Project and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Lotus Notes would be an advantage.
Educated to at least A Level standard (or the relevant international equivalent
