Job Description: Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Implement HDX Remittance Services on provider systems and add payers to existing Remittance customers. May also be required to implement HDX Claims Transport, Lockbox, Payment Assessment, Integrated Eligibility, Notifications, Authorizations Referrals and HDXpress services. HDX transaction services are currently integrated in a variety of Siemens system environments including Soarian, INVISION, SIGNATURE, UNITY, MedSeries 4 and Eagle. HDX services are also integrated in several non-Siemens system applications. In addition, work with existing HDX customer to maximize use of HDX EDI transaction services. Implement the distribution of payer transaction services across the customer base as new payers become available with the focus on maximizing payer adoption, transaction growth and customer satisfaction. Provide additional consulting services as needed to existing customers by evaluating customer workflow, recommending and implementing best practices to maximize value to the customers and to Siemens revenue . Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 30%
