Implementation Management Specialist

Position Summary
The Implementation Management Specialist will report to the Global Head of Client Integration and Implementation Management and be part of the larger Global Services Organization. This position will be based in London and is multi-regional across the buy and sell-sides.
Duties and Responsibilities
Interact with internal stakeholders (Sales, Global Client Management, Product Management and Development) and external project stakeholders (buy and sell side clients) as a subject matter expert/consultant. Responsibilities include:
- Perform FIX certification and troubleshoot
- Manage multiple trading system implementation projects at a high level
- Project Management
1. Produce workflow documentation
2. Manage client expectations
3. Manage internal expectations
4. Write meeting agendas and minutes
- Manage medium and long-term projects, and incremental projects for clients already live with the product.
Types of Projects
- Client workflow design and redesign
- Client business process engineering and re-engineering
- Integration of client systems to Trading Screen products (FIX, File Creation, Import and Export)
- Client Upgrades and incremental projects
Required Education and Experience
- Engineering or Computer Science educational background
- Experience in a finance or technology company that supports global markets and is a multi-asset system within support, integration and/or client onboarding departments
Competencies and Skills
- Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external, e.g. developers, product managers, client project managers, client tech specialists and traders
- Familiarity with implementation management best practices
- Knowledge of and experience in the following:
- Electronic trading in multiple asset classes on a global basis
- FIX Protocol and certification
- Trade order management systems: CRD, Eze Castle, Latent Zero, etc.
- The complete electronic trading life cycle: trade generation, what if scenarios, execution management and clearing, settlement across all asset classes and regions: Equity, Futures, Options, Fixed Income, FX.
- Knowledge of XML and ATDL
