Current Need
We are currently looking to add a Paragon Implementation Manager to our team. This role will manage traveling Implementation Consultants, Technical Consultants and Project Managers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performance management, time entry and approval, expense review and approval, process oversight, scheduling, employee training and development and executive level management of installing customers. This role entails significant customer interaction and occasional travel (approximately 10%). Previous management experience necessary and management of a services function preferred.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years healthcare information systems experience including 5+ years managerial experience
Education
BS degree or equivalent experience in electronic system installation and troubleshooting
