Implementation Manager recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Front, Middle and Back office business analysis of client requirements with alignment into project deliverables, both business and technical.
• Working with a clients business and technical counterparties/vendors to support the HazelTree product implementation.
• Project Management of client engagements through the HazelTree on-boarding process to production launch.
• Business Development support with HazelTree product demonstrations to prospects.
• Ability to understand a prospect’s needs and translate into proposal generation.
• Provision of training and support to new and existing HazelTree clients.
• Client Relationship Management oversight of existing HazelTree clients.
• Willingness to travel to clients west of Chicago.
Required Skills:
• Exceptional business analysis skills with successful client implementations.
• Experience working in a Prime Brokerage, Hedge Fund or Hedge Fund vendor/provider.
• Business and technical experience within the Front to Back office, specifically Trade flow, Reconciliation, Position and Cash analysis, Securities Financing, Margin, Portfolio Management.
• Knowledge of complex security types
• Understanding and experience with best practices for system solutions for Hedge Funds.
• Aptitude for numbers and an ability to understand abstract concepts and recognize patterns
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally
• Self-starter who can prioritize tasks under pressure, deliver and work autonomously.
• Strong MS Excel skills (can do VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc)
Qualifications/Experience:
• College degree in finance, accounting or computer science with strong financial experience.
• PMP and/or “Big 4” consulting experience.
• Portfolio Accounting software experience with Advent Geneva, Advent Axys, or Sungard VPM.
• Order Management System experience with Eze Castle, Charles River or similar
• Trade Match software experience and understanding, e.g. OMGEO
• Bloomberg and/or Reuters experience
• CPA certification is a plus
