Because of the growth of their business, they are looking to hire a Implementation Manager Team Leader in China.

Job Description

You are required to work closely with Origination team during pre-mandate stage. You are responsible for validate the solution proposed by sales as well as define, plan and execute the delivery of the solution to the client in close partnership with the Origination, Relationship Banker and Product Management. You will manager a team of IM staff, ensuring the team is proactively providing a high level of service when on-boarding new clients to the bank and manage the maintenance request on additional products/solutions offered to existing clients. You will responsible for the morale of the Implementation to ensure that the quality and management of work is of the highest standard. You should ensure that the Global Implementation Governance are implemented and adhered to by the team.

The successful applicant must customer orientation: Identifying and being responsive to the needs of the clients or customer. Able to adapt to a rapidly changing working environment. Strong leadership skill and interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate to all levels is also required. Must be attentive to details and proactive. Able to work independently is essential.
