Implementation Specialist- ECO System Team Job in Birmingham 35244, Alabama Us
Our growth platform is supported by ECO (Every Case Optimized) System™, our industry-leading proprietary analytical tools and processes that allows us to capture case level detail and quickly identify opportunities for improvement clinically, operationally, and financially. We are looking for highly experienced ASC information system and operations experts to work as key members of the ECO System™ Implementation Team. This team’s mission is to lead the implementation of ECO SystemTM across the SCA portfolio, ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
· Implement and maintain ECO System™ across SCA by partnering with centers to:
o Develop center-level implementation plans and supporting work flow processes
o Conduct classroom, webcast and 1:1 training and provide ongoing support for center-level implementation teams
o Build and maintain physician-level preference cards in the patient accounting system
o Ensure integrity of data feeds (i.e. supplies, payroll, etc.)
o Develop and support data capture processes
o Provide ongoing support / training to ensure successful ECO System ™ adoption
· Evaluate and interpret key performance metrics to proactively troubleshoot
· Optimize current tools and processes to enhance data integrity and ease of use
· Identify, document and communicate best practices across SCA

· 5 years of experience using or implementing ASC information systems
· Strong organizational and planning skills and familiarity with project management processes

· Ability to travel 50% of the time
Location of position is flexible and will report to the Manager, ECO System ™ Team.
