Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accertify Implementation Specialists are responsible for the successful deployment of the various components of Accertify's Interceptas fraud prevention platform. * Management and configuration of multiple complex software implementation projects with the expectation of meeting and exceeding company-defined standards. * Develop tactics and other procedures to diminish Customers risk. * Perform on-site Customer training troubleshooting after software is implemented. * Work closely with Customers to identify new features and functionality for Interceptas * Work closely with Accertify subject matter experts to evaluate and identify emerging technologies / fraud trends and adapt new approaches and features as needed. * Develop strong relationships with Customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure that expectations are exceeded. Implementation specialists typically spend about 3-4 months with our clients before handing them over to the client support team. * Act as a liaison between new Customers and their internal departments including sales and technical development. * Job requires extensive travel. * Configure Fraud Analyst user interface to Customer specifications. * Run tests to determine if all fraud prevention rules are working properly. * Develop and deploy fraud transaction screening rules and methodologies. American Express is an equal opportunity employer. - Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Strong project management skills are necessary for multi tasking and effective communication between client, their internal staff Accertify's implementation/support and fraud staff. - Strong knowledge of the nature of fraud from a Financial (using stolen credit cards) or Reputational (person trying to get someone to send them money for a product/service that does not exist) perspective. - Ability to act as a consultant with our clients to determine where their fraud issues lie, obtain historical current data from them and help pinpoint where most of their fraud is coming from. - Be able to read through and understand error log files (troubleshoot). - Ability to negotiate offer alternatives to the client on setting up the appropriate rules within the Interceptas system to help prevent fraud from occurring. - Good understanding of HTTP / HTTPS / SFTP. - Ability to communicate on a technical level with client's IT staff. - Strong understanding experience in the area of software integration. - Qualified candidate must be fluent in Portuguese.
