We are looking for a candidate with a technical aptitude, strong customer skills, and the ability to manage projects both large and small. The ideal candidate possesses a broad skill set and attention to detail to exceed customer expectations on all implementations. As a member if the implementation team, you will be responsible for managing approximately 10-20 projects of varying complexity. Team members are knowledgeable of both our proprietary and licensed technologies and how they work together to exceed our customer’s expectations.

- Customer facing and presentation skills
- Good troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills for problem solving
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members, senior support personnel, high level personnel and customers
- Project Management skills - ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
- Strong research and consultative skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the determination to see an implementation through to resolution.
- Documentation skills – ability to produce internal and customer facing documents with attention to detail
- Train customers remotely via web meeting and onsite when necessary
- Implement customers on-time and within scope
- Experience with scanning applications and document image formats is desired
- Ability to analyze data in a variety of formats.
- Work with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems and document image repositories
- The willingness to learn to write and understand SQL queries in both Oracle and SQL Server.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- General knowledge of Windows operating systems highly desired
- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Working knowledge of computer networks
- Provide second tier customer support on a rotating schedule
- For larger projects, up to five days of travel may be required
- Travel 5-25% of the time
- Other core competencies will be defined by your direct supervisor/manager
