Implementation Specialist recruitment
The Implementation Project Manager will take a lead role in the installation and deployment of Aladdin, BRS' enterprise investment management platform at major financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage relationship with client's senior management team (e.g. Chief Investment Officer, Head Portfolio Managers, Chief Technology Officer, Head of Operations)
• Work directly with the client to create and administer the implementation project plan, as well as the coordination of resources across multiple functional areas within BRS
• Lead and document trade processing and operational workflow design sessions for various asset classes, including equities, fixed income and derivatives
• Answer client questions related to the BRS investment management tools, market best practices and basic financial analytics
• Work closely with client and BRS product managers to oversee technical and interface build out
• Lead and assist in system configuration, testing and user training
• Provide demonstrations of BRS risk analytics and trading system tools
• Participate in BRS business development activities assisting in system validations and diligence meetings with prospective clients
Requirements:
• Outstanding academic achievement, CFA a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage and lead as well as perform hands-on tasks
• 6-10 years work experience in the financial services industry. Familiarity with buy-side investment management process a plus
• Past experience in implementing financial management systems at external clients (portfolio/trading system, risk system, operation/STP system)
• Familiarity with capital markets instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives)
• Excellent creative, analytical and computer skills with an entrepreneurial approach to large, complex projects (SQL experience a plus)
• Expected to travel 2-3 days per week. Potential for overseas opportunities.
