Job Description:
This demanding role is part of the global Client Services team that performs implementation and support functions for all the company’s products. This is a good opportunity to gain detailed understanding of products and expand financial markets knowledge, while working closely with product managers and sales preparing for product demonstrations. The main responsibilities of this role consist of implementing, integrating and functional testing of different firm solutions on the dedicated Pre-Sales Platform, liaising with the product and development teams by testing new features and amendments and providing feedback on the implemented solutions with the aim of improving our products and services. Required Skills:
Our client is looking for self-motivated candidates who can work in a dynamic, multinational environment and who can demonstrate their ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. To be considered for the role, candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong technical background including a good knowledge of databases and different Operating Systems (particularly Linux)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills (both written and verbal)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Understanding of the financial markets, especially fixed-income
- Degree in Computer Science/Math/Engineering or other related fields
