Implementation Support

Contract role for leading banking organisation based in Gadbrook Park in Northwich paying £11.72 per hour. This is an initial contract for 1 year with a 35 hour working week from Monday to Friday.
Due to the nature of the business successful candidates will need to pass a credit check and 5 year referencing process.

As a implementation support officer you will be accountable for the on boarding of clients to the banks new online system. You will be the single point of contact for the client during their transition and as such provide regular updates and own client issues and personally ensure their resolution.
Duties
• Contact with the client to answer any technical or functional queries
• Analyse the clients suitability for the product based on a needs analysis
• Capture and process data requirements for registration which will include registered accounts, services, service users and role profiles.
• Define the client structure based on the data captured and produce the final legal documentation
• Follow risk processes throughout the process
• Final check and confirmation of client Amendment/Registration
• Remote installation of the security hardware and activation of users, following strict processes
• As a point of contact you will deal with various queries, complaints, objections and arrange call backs and explain benefits of the system.
• Capture customer information and updating their details accordingly
• Support over team members
• Undertake all necessary compliance tests and maintain compliance records

• Clear and concise communication
• Ability to build trust, confidence and support
• Ability to communicate detailed scenarios over the phone to clients
• Objection handle
• Meet strict deadlines
• Accurate, high volumes of data entry
• Customer service focused
• Experience of liaising with clients and internal teams
• Proficient in MS Office
• Back office banking experience would be beneficial
