Implementation Test Lead – LONDON – CONTRACT

Implementation Test Lead urgently required by a Tier One bank for a contract role based in London.
 
Working on a Greenfield programme, this successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the technical delivery aspects of the Test Workstream.
 
Within the bank, a new reporting solution has been designed to harmonise and consolidate reporting needs across all divisions and bank function.
 
As a result, this person will be responsible for the co-ordination of the overall Test Strategy and Delivery Plan for the relevant test phases, readiness reviews, test progress and completion reports and defect management.
 
This person must also be the oversight of the third party Managed Testing Vendor and ensure that functional test scripts have been filled executed and the results been record in the designated testing tools.
 
For this role, all applicants must have detailed practical experience of functional testing across the entire testing lifecycle.
 
It is essential that candidates have experience of working on large-scale missing critical projects within Investment Banking.
 
Other requirements which are essential include detailed practical experience of tools for test management, an appreciation of all levels of testing and an understanding of testing principles and Project Management experienced.
 
As well as this, applicants must possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, technical resources, offshore teams and other project teams.
