IMS Program Planner/Scheduler We are looking for someone with 3-4 years Aerospace experience as a program analyst and experience with critical path, integrated master schedule and earn value management Candidate will need to obtain a security clearance. US citizenship is required. Position is responsible for the development of the Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) and supporting the implementation of Earned Value Management requirements associated with a variety of contracts and business initiatives. This involves managing the functional events conducted by Program Office, Engineering, Operations organizations in the overall contract execution. Associated duties are to status/update existing schedules, perform critical path analysis and prepare/implement work-around plans. This position will encompass not only the direct support of proposal and contract specific needs but also includes the development of business area IMS, schedule performance metrics, and presentation to program, division management and external customers. Basic Qualifications: 3 years planning and scheduling experience with government contracts on engineering development programs. BS in Engineering is desirable. Proficient in either Pert or CPM. An understanding of schedule hierarchy, IMP/IMS implementation, resource loading, Earned Value techniques and cost reporting is required. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Project is required for the position. Experience with other scheduling systems such as Primavera P3e is desirable.
