Essential Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and guidance with issues in the real estate industry.
- Assist with all real estate legal matters as required
- Works closely with senior level management
- Conducts legal research
Requirements:
- Must be a member of the California bar and in good standing
- 3+ recent years working in the real estate industry required
- Must have a thorough understanding of real estate law
- Legal writing and research skills required
- Familiar with Westlaw
- Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, including Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
