My client is ideally looking for former management consultants, ideally from Accenture, PWC, Oliver Wyman, Deliotte, Bain, Mckinsey, EY or other renowned management consultancy’s who have moved into change orientated teams within the investment banking industry.
Successful applicants will be tasked with the origination of large strategic programmes across the bank, looking at the benefit cases and future state target operating models. The
Working with Senior Programme Directors, you will be responsible for deciphering what the change image of the business will look like and reporting that using illustration documents and internal presentation tools.
My client are looking for individuals who have spent 3-5 years, working within a similar function and have experience engaging with senior stakeholders cross functionally. It is integral that applicants have an appreciation of the change impact on the entire business and can successfully monitor and report this to senior management.
Experience in process reengineering and ‘as-if’/’to-be’ is also beneficial.
This opportunity will offer successful applicants a chance to gain excellent coverage of business critical programmes being initiated at board level.
Conceptually, my client would be happy to consider both permanent or contract applicants that would consider switching to perm eventually.
