In-House Counsel
We are a Chicago-based proprietary trading firm specializing in futures and options transactions at the CME Group of Exchanges, Eurex, LIFFE and the ICE Group of Exchanges. We are members of the exchanges.
Our firm is currently seeking applications for the full-time position of In-House Counsel. This position will have responsibility for drafting and/or reviewing contracts, evaluating and implementing the evolving regulatory impact of Dodd Frank, assisting with employment legal matters, reviewing various other legal documents and special projects as assigned.
