The world's leading business travel agency is searching for an in-house legal counsel to be the lead solicitor for their UK and Irish business. This role will work extremely closely with the UK and Ireland management teams, as well with other country managers. This is a broad commercial role, dealing with all national contracts for clients and suppliers, and will also assist with a variety of other legal matters. The role will also deal with compliance issues relating to the Code of Conduct including anti-bribery and data protection laws. The role can be based from two office locations; in Potters Bar and in Central London, but frequent travel between the two will be required.
The right candidate for this role will have a minimum of five years' PQE, and will have broad commercial experience. Candidates from private practice as well as in-house will be considered. You must be comfortable working on your own, as well as providing sound commercial advice across the business.
