In-house – Finance/Capital Markets – Dublin recruitment
Wide-ranging, challenging role for an experienced transactional lawyer with a leading global financial institution. You will be the sole lawyer based in our client's Dublin operations, and a key member of the wider EMEA legal team. Your role will be broad and will include advice to senior management on cross-border transactional and regulatory issues, advising on new product development, advising on licensing regulations, and other general legal and company secretarial matters. Ideally, you will be an Irish-qualified lawyer, although applications from lawyers qualified in other common law or European jurisdictions are also welcomed. You will have excellent transactional experience across lending, capital markets, structured finance and other related areas. A strong grasp of the regulatory environment is also very important.
