A Leading Brand within the commercial industry is now looking for a lawyer to join as a Corporate Governance Manager to assist the Legal and Company Secretarial team.
The Corporate Governance Manager will develop and implement related policies, procedures, guidelines, best practices, compliance strategy and management processes to attain corporate governance objectives. This candidate will be familiar with relevant provisions in the Listing Rules and SFO to provide advisory work within the company. The role will also need to handle various types of legal work such as drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts or advising on potential litigious matters.
Candidates will need a bachelor degree or above in a relevant field and has about 5-8 years of experience in corporate governance, law, and/or any other related area with a sizeable listed company. Excellent communication skill in English is required to be a successful candidate.
