In-House Legal Counsel – Commodities Trading
Your main duties will include:
- General legal advisory, holding structure experience an advantage
- Legal investigations with reference to corporate law
- Contract drafting and management
- Conduct legal research and due diligence to support MA transactions
- Tax law support
In order to be considered as a potential candidate, you must hold the following:
- Fluency in English and German
- University qualification in law, preferably gained in Switzerland
- 3 – 5 years experience post Swiss bar admittance gained at a law firm
- Knowledge of the commodities trading industry advantageous
