In-House Legal Counsel – Real Estate recruitment
Our client is a well established real estate investment group with a growing portfolio across the region. As such they have a need for a Mandarin speaking lawyer to assist with the development in China and Taiwan
Whilst the role reports into the General Counsel for the region you will also work closely with Head of Acquisitions for China and Taiwan providing support on all legal issues including drafting, reviewing contracts and other confidentiality agreements. You will also need to coordinate with internal departments on cross-border transactions.
The successful candidate will be a 4+ lawyer with excellent real-estate legal background and also with excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Candidates who have a commercially minded approach to the business will be highly preferred.
