A fantastic opportunity to work in a renowned Securities Trading Boutique. The successful candidate will work in the transaction management team drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation concerning various capital market products with a particular focus on MTN’s.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Familiarity with MTN’s or similar banking experience.
- Capital Markets experience gained working within a top tier Law Firm or Financial Institution
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Ideally seeking a legal assistant or paralegal with proven relevant experience.
Start Date: Mid-August
