This top tier law firm is looking for a Recruiter to join their busy team in London. This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to gain responsibility and work autonomously with all levels of the business. You will be given room to develop and progress at a fast pace.
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for developing an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business and its recruitment needs in order to deliver a quality focussed service. You will maintain effective networks and relationships with key line contacts. This will involve regular liaison with your client base. You will also work closely with the Recruitment Assistant including mentoring and support.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a Recruitment role, ideally within a professional services environment. You will have direct sourcing experience including professional networking.
