IN-HOUSE RECRUITER SPECIALIST BUYING AND MERCHANDISING DUSSELDORF
Salary to €40,000 + Benefits
My client is a leading global multi-brand retailer of fashion and home products with more than 2800 stores in six countries and is looking for an In-house Recruiter specialised on buying and merchandising based in Dusseldorf. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced resourcer or buyer/merchandiser looking for a new and exciting opportunity within in-house talent recruitment.
The role
• Business Stakeholder Management
• Attraction, direct sourcing and headhunting
• Candidate Management - Selection Offer
• Project Management, Tools, Process Reporting
The successful candidate will
• Fluent in English German
• Excellent communication skills combined with a flexible and positive approach
• Proven ability to drive direct hiring methods to recruit buyers and merchandisers into a pan-European business.
• You will have experience within a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment.
• Experience as a buyer or merchandiser would also be desirable
• Quick thinker but with strong attention to detail
• Be able to travel within Europe
• Be able to prioritise and manage time effectively
