Laurence Simons is currently working with a leading global banking group seeking to hire a Securitisation lawyer to support its treasury and group function. The postholder will provide legal advice on a range of capital raising, debt and securitisation issues that underpin the funding plans of the treasury. Furthermore the successful candidate will advise on proposed legislative changes likely to effect the group function focusing in particular on the banking capital and liquidity arenas.
Candidates must be securitisation lawyers with between approximately two to four years PQE. Previous In House or secondment experience is seen as advantageous. This is an excellent legal opportunity, offering a work life balance and high calibre legal work.
