Great temp to hire opportunity for an in-house staffing specialist in Marion Indiana.. A qualified candidate will be able to successfully recruit, plan, and work with or without direction, use common sense, coordinate human resource activities, and understand policies.
The In-House Staffing Specialist is responsible for:
1. Delivering high quality service to customers and temporaries by matching skills of temporaries to customer needs.
2. Developing and retaining business by providing outstanding customer service.
3. Performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
At least one year of previous customer service or appropriate business experience a plus. Cooperative, team oriented, patient, calm under pressure, and able to work independently. Strong PC skills and the ability to navigate within the Manpower systems is critical. Ability to travel to local customer sites as needed.
