Job Description
This role will involve working with a variety of key stakeholders to carry out a dual role in advisory and in litigation. Key responsibilities will include preparing briefs, affidavits and other legal documents. You will also be responsible providing legal advice within the field of workplace relations and employment law to other parts of the organisation and to external parties.
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of 2 years PAE
- A background in employment law and workplace relations
- An ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other key stakeholders
