IN10 - Claims Specialist
Our client, the nation's leading health benefits company has immediate opportunities for Refund Investigators for their Indianapolis, IN office location. In these positions, you will be responsible for requesting claims refunds from members and providers. Candidates MUST have experience and be comfortable making multiple phone calls and have basic to intermediate computer skills. These positions are expected to start on March 26th and go through June 2012 . The positions will pay $16.81/hr. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receive refund requests, verify accuracy, send letters to providers/members requesting refunds Adjust claims to show the correct information Answer all incoming correspondence, including accepting and placing phone calls to and from providers and members EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Requires a High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years claims processing or customer service experience is required Important information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
