I am currently recruiting for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor for a large Industrial company based in Solihull. This is an exciting opportunity due to expansion within the team and company.
Some of the job roles will include being the first port of call for general external enquiries via, phone, email, social media and web. The successful candidate will also have to manage customer calls/ queries and direct them as appropriate. Other duties will be taking general questions and field media enquiries and forwarding them on as appropriate.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, although training will be provided on products and services. The successful candidate will have also worked to targets in terms of customer satisfaction, mystery shoppers etc.
