Inbound call Agent

A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a confident and customer focussed Inbound Call agent to work within expanding business based in Romford.

Within this role you will be acting as the first point of contact for all customers regarding general enquiries, quotations and placing orders.  You will be targeted to up-sell additional services to customers who have called in, so you will need to be an outspoken individual with an ability to build business relationships relationships.

The Call Centre is open during the following hours:

8.00 am to 8.00 pm Monday to Friday
9.00 am to 5.00 pm Saturday
10.00 am to 5.00 pm Sunday
10.00am to 4.00pm Bank Holidays

Shift patterns to be worked, with time off in lieu (to equate to no more than a 35 hour week).
