SCHEDULE:  1:30 pm – 10pm Mon.-Fri.

Position schedule is subject to change

(Must be flexible to work earlier and/or Saturdays)

 

 

PRIMARY DUTIES:

·        Monitor, evaluate, and score  sales agents

·        Provide constructive feedback to Sales agents

·        Coach and motivate Sales agents

·        Conduct monitoring sessions with clients

·        Provide feedback to supervisors and sales agents

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Thorough knowledge of Jess and Intranet

·        Must have thorough knowledge of ATT Consumer Program

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

·        Demonstrated leadership ability

·        Fluent English
