Inbound Customer Service Operator required to work full time hours Monday to Friday within the Courier Industry.
Located in the CBD area the working hours will be 09:00am to 5:30pm.
ESSENTIAL:
· Previous Call Centre experience
· Outstanding professional phone manner
· Superior customer Service Skills
· Great attention to detail
· Knowledge of Adelaide/Metro suburbs
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
