Inbound Customer Retention

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading contact centre for a customer service based role in the South of Manchester. They are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills who also thrive being part of a team.

This team is working on an inbound call basis, dealing largely with complaints and customers that are looking for other providers of this service. It is the Customer Service Agent's role to explain why they should stay and to explain the benefits of remaining with them. Day to day tasks might include ensuring customers keep or renew their membership, updating their cover, tailoring the product or service more to suit them or up-selling additional products and services.

The suitable candidate would be honest and would demonstrate a full range of great product knowledge. Experience in customer service is essential alongside a positive attitude and superlative listening skills.
