Job Description:
Inbound CS Rep/Inside Sales - taking 60 calls per day, people calling in and selling/up selling required. Selling service over the phone, to result in additional revenue and improved service margins by responding to inbound telephone inquiries regarding medical/healthcare products and services. Provide accurate information and assist caller in choosing appropriate service. Close sale. Training will be standard hours 8:30-5:30 for 2+ weeks. Once trained, hours are 10:30am-7:00pm. (1) opening for the following schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat. (1) opening for the following work schedule: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat.
