The duties for this position will include:
- Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding order
- Processing orders
- Exporting information from SAP
- Data Entry
- Assisting with deliveries and logistic issues
- Answering inbound calls
- Responding to emails and faxes
What we want from you:
- To be highly motivated
- Have the ability to work within a team environment
- Minimum 2-3 years experience within a call centre and administration environment
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Professional phone manner
- Experience using SAP will be highly regarded
