Inbound customer service agent (evenings)

Inbound customer service agents needed for evening shifts in a permanent role based between Stockport and Cheadle.
You will be working 25 hours a week on a 4 day on 4 day off basis from 4:15pm to 10:30pm.

This job is to provide customer care and advice for an accident claim company. You will need to answer incoming calls and be the first point of contact for customers looking to claim. Therefore you will need to meet quality and productivity targets and develop relationships with clients and customers to provide an efficient service.

Duties
Take calls from customers to accurately register new motor claims
Represent the first contact between the customer and the company
Swiftly register claims and answer queries
Keep up to date with the company’s services and terminology
Promote the image of the company by maintaining highest levels of customer service
Liaise with other company departments and employees to assist with customers queries
Log all data accurately
Ensure calls are answered and processed within the SLA’s and company standards
Ensure high standards of communication

Skills
1 years experience in customer service position in a call centre environment
Confident, clear and professional manner on the phone
Ability to use empathy and build rapport with customers
Willingness to learn and develop self and other staff members
Good keyboard skills
Ability to identify problematic claims and escalate where necessary
Experience in conflict resolution
Claims handling knowledge
Insurance knowledge would be beneficial
